We design and build progressive dies and compound dies for punching, forming and stamping applications, and for secondary operations such as forming, coining, extruding and mild drawing.
The classes of dies we specialize in are Class “AA,” “A” and “B.” Capabilities also include dies using carbide inserts or solid carbide sections. Dies are designed to run material from a few thousandths of an inch thick up to approximately 1/4″ thick. Although we have built dies that run thicker material, most of the dies we have built run material that is 14 gauge thick or less.
With CNC machining, grinding, jig grinding and EDM capabilities, we can design and build high class, close tolerance dies to your specifications.
